AAKASH MEENA

Born in a traditional Indian family, I have always been inclined toward the spiritual dimension of the Indian lifestyle. With age and awareness gradually, I started practising yoga initially for a healthier lifestyle. Self-practice turned into curiosity, and I decided to give a professional edge to my yoga training. Rishikesh became my first choice and most convenient, so I enrolled in a certified yoga instructor course. Rishikesh gave me the opportunity to learn different styles of yoga with various yoga masters in one place. My journey continued with an opportunity to teach in India, and later, I went to Spain to teach yoga
studio.

YOGACHARYA DEEPAK SINGH
Born in the mystical valley’s of the Himalayas one cannot resist the call of spirituality. Deepak Bisht born and raised by the Ganges of Uttarakhand has always had a strong in ciliation towards seeking the higher reality of life. He had completed his BA Degree in arts and furthered his Masters Degree in Yoga from the Gharwal University of Uttarakhand. His interest in Yoga grew stronger after watching baba Ramdev. He then moved to Rishikesh the Yoga city of the world today to pursue his interest in the subject of Yoga. He joined the Nada Yoga team in Rishikesh, a leading school of Yoga in Rishikesh as a under study and also as one of the teachers. His interest grew deeper after meeting Shri Parveen Nair a Yoga and Advaita teacher under whom he now continues to study and take guidance from. Deepak is known for his ability to provide authentic understanding of Yoga and believes in a systematic approach to the practice of asanas and pranayamas. His dedication to yoga has brought him to conducted several yoga teachers training programs in Rishikesh successfully.
Yogacharya Deepak Bisht has over 5 years of teaching experience running students through the Yoga Teacher Training process over and over, this has giving him a strong skill at managing people through to RYT certification process. He is trained in shatkarma, pranayama and yogasana with deeper understanding of body alignment and adjustment.
Deepak teaches with special attention on body alignment and adjustment and always emphasizing on subtle breathing along with deep practice and he is an excellent teacher to give basic comprehension of how body should work in each pose. Humble, modest and very competent in yoga asana, Yogacharya Deepak possesses all thequalities of a true teacher of yoga. Deepak strongly believes that the practice of yoga eliminates our ego and impurities and provides a path towards wisdom and humanity. “The more we practice yoga, the more we realize how much more we still need to learn”.
DR. SHEEEJIT GHADIGAONKAR
Ayurveda Doctor
Dr Shreejit Ghadigaonkar is a reputed Ayurveda doctor, consultant and teacher. His exemplary experience in the field of Ayurveda is commendable and worth great appreciation. His journey began in 2014 when he started practising both Allopathy and Ayurveda in Pune. His journey has been quintessential at many levels. In 2016, when he finally found his calling to practice only Ayurveda, he decided to spread its elixir throughout the world.
He completed his Bachelors in Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery in 2014 from the College of Ayurveda and Research Centre, Pune. He also secured First Rank in the PDEA (Pune District Education Association) in 2014. With his expertise in Ayurveda medicine, he has contributed greatly in the field of Ayurveda treatment and training.
Dr Ghadigaonkar is also an expert in the Panchakarma therapies, one of the many treatment procedures available at the Ayurveda Kutir. He holds the meritorious certificate of Advanced Panchakarma Course for Kerala Speciality Therapy and Panchakarma with Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda Foundation under Ashtavaidya Tradition. Since 2017, he has been working closely with the Association of Yoga and Meditation, Rishikesh as the Head Doctor of Ayurveda Panchakarma Clinic.
He deeply believes in Yoga being the most important component of Ayurveda. He says Yoga can treat and heal anyone and bring peace and happiness to their lives. Dr Shreejit successfully attained the 200 Hrs RYT/TTC (Registered Yoga Trainer/ Teacher Training Course) under U.S. Yoga Alliance with Shiva Yoga Peeth, Rishikesh in 2016. In 2017, he completed 300 Hrs RYT/TTC (Registered Yoga Trainer/ Teacher Training Course) under U.S. Yoga Alliance with the Association of Yoga and Medicine. His faith in Yoga can be seen in the principles of Anahata as Yoga Courses and Therapy form an important part of the Ayurveda Kutir.
JOSHITA ARORA
Originally an Interior Designer, Joshita started to practice Yoga and Meditation at a very young age under the guidance her mother. Joshita has been practicing Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and Meditation for several years on a regular basis. She has conducted Yoga Nidra, Meditation classes, courses and workshops in various teacher training courses and retreats for more than 6 years in Rishikesh, India and Thailand. Joshita is a certified Yoga Nidra Facilitator.
Her curiosity to explore different aspects of Yoga led her to Rishikesh, India and Asian Countries where she studied and still continues to learn by intensively participating in different forms of Yoga, workshops and courses from various traditions. She began to learn in depth knowledge of ancient teachings of Yoga at The Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in Kerala, India. After finding its profound benefits with the daily practice of Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation and Karma Yoga, it completely changed her perspective of the body, mind, energy and spirituality. The call for sharing this knowledge was so deep in her that she started to teach Hatha Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation at Sivananda Yoga Centre. She loves to bring dynamism and enthusiasm in her classes.
SIDDHARTHA VEER
Born in a traditional Indian family, grew up around the temples and ashrams of great sage NeemKaroli Baba. These ashram visits and wandering in Himalayan foothills gave him deep spiritual understanding of the ancient Vedic wisdom.
As a result of his innate interest in spirituality, he moved to Rishikesht to meet the traditional teachers on Yoga and Vedanta. Among these masters whom he had met, M.M Swami Veda Bharati has caught his attention. Swami Veda was a great Vedic Scholar of this century. Siddhartha Veer has lived in his presence for some years studying Yoga, Vedanta and practicing many methods of meditation. His interest grew deeper in the art and science of Yoga and meditation which lead him to take Deeksha(initiation) from Swami Veda Bharati and live in Rishikesh by Mother Ganga to further Self-Realisation. His path of Bhakti was nurtured by his meeting with Sri Siddhi Ma , who gave him deeper nuisances of the Bhakti Yoga .
Living in Rishikesh, has inspired him to teach Yoga Philosophy, meditation, Pranayama and meditative chants. Through his intuitive insight and style of teaching he takes his students on a higher level of understanding which shows his dedication towards Yoga and teaching systematically.
As his master has said too many- “The world has a misery, the world has suffering. Do what you can, to reduce the pain. Do what you can, to soothe their minds.”
