Indian School of Yoga is a great school with good faculty members, Also Deepak Bisht Sir is an amazing yoga teacher who ... taught me different breathing techniques, warmup exercises, multi style yoga, body allignment, vinyasa, yoga nidra and meditation. His class gave me just what I was looking for: it allowed to relax, settle my thoughts and work on my mobility and flexibility. Deepak Sir is a great, positive person with a really calming voice. I thoroughly enjoyed it!
