In this module, you will explore traditional Hatha Yoga asanas, moving from beginner to intermediate levels with a focus on alignment, balance, strength, and flexibility. You will experience the sacred art of alignment, the subtle power of stillness, and the joy of discovering strength with softness.
Rather than rushing to “achieve” asanas, we approach them with curiosity and presence, learning to listen to what the body is asking in every moment. By the end of the course, you will gain confidence in practicing and guiding Hatha sequences with clarity and precision.
What will you learn?
Rather than practicing to achieve shapes, you will be guided to embody the practice, experiencing how flow can feel when it comes from within, cultivating presence, fluidity and intuition. This journey into embodied vinyasa awakens the heart, liberates energy, and reminds us that the body is poetry in motion.
Breath is the bridge between the body and mind. Pranayama, the yogic science of breath, teaches us to regulate and expand our life force energy (prana). With regular practice, pranayama becomes a doorway into meditation and a deeper connection with the inner self.
The focus will be on correct practice, benefits, and teaching methodology, while understanding the profound role of breathwork in balancing the nervous system, calming and gaining clarity of the mind, emotional stability and preparing for meditation.
Over time, you will begin to notice how the quality of your breath changes the way you experience yourself and the world around you. Each inhalation becomes a prayer, each exhalation a release. As breath deepens, so does our connection to the vital force that animates all of existence.
What will you learn?
A yoga class is more than a series of postures — it is a journey. Sequencing a yoga class is both a science and an art. In this module, you will learn the art of weaving practices into meaningful experiences that touch body, mind, and spirit. Sequencing becomes a creative act, a way of telling a story through movement, breath, and stillness.
By the end, you will be able to design and guide classes that feel not only balanced and safe, but also physically intelligent, and energetically supportive, adapted to different levels and students.
More than a formula, sequencing becomes a creative expression — a way to share yoga in a way that is authentic to you and deeply supportive for your students.
Meditation is not something we “do,” it is something we allow.
Dharana means concentration, the ability to hold the mind steady. Is the sixth limb of yoga and the entry point into meditation. In this module, you will learn practical techniques to train focus, — using breath, sound, or visualization — so that meditation becomes more accessible. These practices strengthen the ability to quiet distractions and rest the mind in stillness.
Each method is explained in a practical and accessible way so you can experience it directly. The purpose is not only to understand meditation intellectually, but to cultivate a personal practice that helps you find stillness, clarity, and inner peace.
With practice, the mind begins to settle naturally, and moments of deep presence start to arise. Dharana is a reminder that even in a busy world, we can always return to the still point within and touch the essence of who they truly are.
Philosophy is the soul of yoga. It gives depth and meaning to yoga practice. In this module, you will explore classical texts such as Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, discussing topics like the Eight Limbs of Yoga, karma, dharma, and the purpose of practice.
These are not just theories to study, but wisdom to live. Together, we will reflect on how ancient knowledge can guide our modern lives, transforming yoga from something we practice on the mat to something we embody in every breath. Philosophy becomes alive when we see how it helps us face challenges, cultivate compassion, and understand the purpose of practice beyond the mat.
Sound carries the vibration of spirit. Mantra chanting is the practice of repeating sacred sounds that carry vibration and meaning. In this module, you will be introduced to Sanskrit mantras and their meanings, with an emphasis on correct pronunciation, rhythm, and devotional expression.
Through mantra chanting, you will discover the healing and uplifting power of the voice. Each chant is an invocation, a way of aligning with divine energy and opening the heart. The practice awakens devotion and creates resonance within and around us. Chanting together, voices merge into one, reminding us of our deepest unity.

This training is designed for anyone interested in becoming a yoga teacher or deepening their practice.
Throughout the training, you will learn proper alignment in the basic yoga postures, the risks and benefits of each pose, and the contraindications and modifications to be prepared to share your knowledge safely as a yoga teacher. Another essential part of this training is learning how to communicate effectively with your students, so part of the training will be dedicated to learning how to cue students in a clear, precise manner to promote excellent safety, ease and stability in yoga practice.
Each day begins and ends with a yoga practice, so it is recommended that you have at least six months of steady yoga practice. You will spend many hours creating and leading your classmates through mock classes to reinforce what you are learning. Throughout the program, you will be exposed to many different styles of yoga. Still, the primary teachings will be from Patanjali’s Eight Fold Path lineage, incorporating studies in yoga’s ethical practice of the Yamas and Niyamas, Asana, Pranayama and Meditation, class sequencing, and anatomy and physiology.
Attendance is mandatory for everyone. You must read a list and write a paper during the training.
