It All Starts With a Feeling, Doesn't It?
Perhaps it is a murmur on Savasana. A longing for something deeper after a class. A sense that you have something to encounter on your journey besides what you are doing.
That feeling is real. It is an invitation to be in touch, to develop and to share. This is where yoga was born and we have provided you with a place to respond to that call.
Transform your way of life, find your voice and join a yoga teacher training course to become an accredited Yoga Alliance teacher in the region Himalayas the heart.
So, What Exactly Is a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training?
Honest to say the name sounds formal. However, what it is really about is making a one month commitment to change. It is the world-known first step that leaves you on the mat as a student to being a guide at the front of the room.
Think of it as a deep dive. You will not only learn the poses, but also you will go deeper into the heart of yoga, the breath, the philosophy, the anatomy, and the art of safely leading others. And at the conclusion, you will have a certificate (the official Yoga Alliance RYT 200 certificate); you will have the confidence and the knowledge to start your teaching career.
It is the key that opens the door to the world in sharing this beautiful practice.
Why Rishikesh? (Hint: It's More Than Just a Pretty Place)
You can get a yoga certificate in any location yet you really need to visit Rishikesh to experience yoga soul. It is neither merely a town, nor a mere character in your journey but by any standard here making a decision to go to a certified yoga school would guarantee a genuine life changing experience.
You do not see the Himalayas, you wake and inhale the ancientness of their calmness. You do not merely look at the sacred Ganges; You sit, and meditate to its perpetual monotonous murmur. The air of this place is full of thousands of years of devotion. It’s a feeling that runs in your bones and calms your head in such a way no studio at home could.
"I thought I was just signing up for a course, you know? Get the paper, learn the skills. I didn't realize I was signing up to meet myself. Meditating by the river as the sun came up… something inside me just clicked. It's not an exaggeration to say I left a different person."
— Elena, Spain

Words from People Who Have Sat Where You Are
"It felt like coming home. I was so nervous to travel to India alone, but the moment I arrived, I felt safe. It's more than a school; it's a family. The teachers, the staff, the other students… we all bonded so deeply. I still talk to my 'Rishikesh family' every week!"
— Sophia Müller, Germany
"The 'Aha!' moments are real. You can do yoga for 10 years and not understand it the way you will after this month. For me, it was in Yogi Sanjeev's philosophy class. The way he explained the Sutras just... landed. It changed not just my practice, but how I see my life. That's what you get here."
